All money goes into your own personal account, similar to a savings account at a bank. You must approve how the money will be used. No spending decision is made without your vote. Your money is your vote. All of the money you put in stays in your legal control forever
Zero dollars of partnership money will be used to pay salaries or go into anyone's pockets. All money is used to acquire land and resources in order to provide goods and services for all partners
Everyone will be given opportunity to persuade others how the money should be used. Everyone gets a seat at the decision making table, no matter how much or how little you've contributed to the institution
Each partner will have the ability to grow their own salary fund by working on projects, though no partner will need a salary to live comfortably as all life essentials will be covered by the institution simply by investing a little and working a little
Salary funds will be 50/50 profit sharing, where 50% goes back into the institution to fund projects, and 50% goes to fund paying salaries to only the people that worked on the project. 100% stays in your voting control forever, whether being used on projects or being used to fund your salary
